Through the 3+1 CLS degree program, you can play a key role in patient diagnosis and treatment.
The EC CLS 3+1 degree program prepares you to become a clinical 实验室 scientist, 医学实验室科学家, or a medical technologist – jobs that are in very high demand worldwide.
The EC CLS 3+1 major is similar to a Biology or Biochemistry major (with courses in cell and molecular biology, 微生物学, 生物化学, 免疫学, 解剖学, 和生理学), with the coursework completed in three years and the fourth year spent training in hospital laboratories at one of our clinical affiliate sites in Rochester, 塞尔, 詹姆斯敦, 或者布鲁克林. Following the clinical year, students may opt to take the ASCP licensing exam.
